Not with purchases. You can make unlimited purchases as long as you have a cash balance available on the card. However, you’ll be charged a $3 monthly maintenance fee after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. Activity refers to any action that results in a decrease of funds on the card, other than due to imposition of a fee or an adjustment due to a error or reversal.
