How to change my PIN or request a PIN reminder for my card
If you would like to change your Personal Identification Number or PIN for your debit card, credit card, ATM card or Regions Prepaid Now Card® you can do so at a local Regions® branch.
If you’ve forgotten your PIN you can request for us to send you a reminder by mail. When in Online Banking simply select the Customer Service tab on the account summary page, then select Services then Request PIN Reminder from the Card Services section.
If you are in the Regions Mobile App, select Cards from your account menu. Select the card then PIN Reminder. Please allow 5-7 business days for the PIN reminder to arrive in the mail.
Remember, you can also use the “I want to” menu in online banking to navigate to several common tasks.
