Meet the Speaker

Chris Nicholson is Regions Bank’s first Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Credit Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining Regions in 2019, Chris spent 12 years as a litigator with a practice in highly-regulated industries including oil & gas and pharmaceuticals.

Matt Welch is Regions Bank’s Senior Corporate & Commercial Credit Portfolio Management Lead. Prior to his current role, he has worked in various other areas of the bank and outside of Regions for a startup and for Ernst & Young LLP.
