How do I transfer funds between my Regions accounts?

You can move money between your Regions accounts — from checking to savings, for example, to and from your Regions lines of credit and even to your Regions credit card using online banking or the mobile app.

Transfers can be scheduled (planned for a future date) and/or recurring (happening on a regular basis, such as every week or every month).

To set up and/or modify an internal transfer:

  • In online banking - Select Transfers from the main menu, then Internal Transfer. Select the accounts, date, frequency and enter the desired transfer amount and submit. To view or modify a scheduled transfer, select the Activity tab. Same-day, one-time transfers are processed immediately and cannot be modified.
  • In the mobile app -  In the main menu, select Transfers. Choose Internal Transfer to set up a transfer between accounts. Choose View Scheduled to see transfer activity and modify any you have planned for a future date. Same-day, one-time transfers are processed immediately and cannot be modified.
