Disability Income

Benefits for members are available up to:
- $10,000 per month for those under age 50
- $6,000 per month for those aged 50 to54
- $3,000 per month for those aged 55 to 59
Employees of members may be eligible for up to $2,000 per month

Probate Bonds

Underwritten by Merchants Bonding Company
ABA members are entitled to easy issue Probate Bonds under $200,000 (or $10,000 bonds for underage minors.)
Bonding company requires continued attorney involvement until court releases bond

Judicial / Litigant Court Bonds

Notary Bonds

ABA members can complete the application found on the link below and fax direct to Merchants Bonding Company. The Notary Bond is issued, usually the same day, and mailed to the applicant.
