The program provides opportunities in a variety of career paths, including Corporate Banking Group, Community Affairs, Human Resources, Wealth Management, Finance, Data Analytics, Risk, Technology, and Audit.

Our Application and Interview Process:
Submit Application:
To apply for a role, view our current open internship and fulltime positions. 

Attend a college that Regions visits? Great! You can easily apply for a position through your school's job portal. 
First Round Interview:
If selected, you will participate in an on-campus or virtual interview with Regions associates. 
Second Round Interview:
If selected, you will participate in virtual or in-person interviews with Regions business leaders.
Offer:
After interviews are complete, offers will be extended to selected candidates by our University Recruiting team.
